The biggest Star Skater update EVER has just landed!
If you’ve got a competitive streak (don’t we all?), you’re going to love this one. This update introduces an intense Skate-Off competition featuring nine popular YouTubers who need your help to become King or Queen of Star Skater. The YouTube Stars participating are Thinknoodles, Gizzy Gazza, Cybernova, Elly Awesome, EthanGamerTV, EnchantedMob, JackFrostMiner, Ms 5ooo Watts and Legit Kawaii.
Of course, you’ll get the chance to win some awesome prizes too! All you need to do is collect trophies to unlock exclusive decks. Contribute at least 50 trophies to the winning team and you’ll also receive a Golden Victory Pack containing a secret deck and other goodies. Even more exciting is the chance to star in the game as a playable character!
There are three stages to the competition:
Character Hunt (July 15 – July 22)
Players can randomly unlock YouTube stars by depositing Sk8 Bucks into the game’s prize machine. Players have just over one week to unlock as many YouTube personalities as they can before the race begins.
Skate-Off Launches (July 22 – August 13)
Collectible trophies will now appear in the game. Players contribute to a team by collecting trophies while skating as their favourite YouTuber. Check out the global leaderboard on the Star Skater website to track your team's progress!
Winner Announced (August 13)
Every player who contributes at least 50 trophies to the winning team will receive a Golden Victory Pack as a thank you for shredding hard. Lastly, the winning YouTube star will pick one lucky fan to join them in the game as a playable character.
