Hey, folks! Our new Jetpack Joyride update is now available on Google Play. It’s a big one, too! We’ve added a stack of new jetpacks, a new vehicle called the Wave Rider and enough outfits to fill a Lady Gaga wardrobe!
We’ve also added a highly requested feature just for Android users. It’s now possible to switch between low and high-quality graphics to ensure the best experience on your device. Just click the ‘eye’ icon from the main menu and the game will automatically restart with the features you desire!
That means you can enjoy all the bells and whistles of the game’s intricate pixel art, including particle effects, improved animations, lush environments and loads of glistening sparkles. You like sparkles, right!?You’ll also be able to take in all these sights and sounds from the front seat of a brand new vehicle called the Wave Rider! This bad boy is quite possibly our coolest vehicle yet, and it's unlike anything we’ve ever done before!
Get ready to speed across the water, dive for coins and land sweet jumps in your very own jet ski. It’s high-octane fun and the perfect way for Barry to cool off during the summer. You can buy it now via in-app purchase or get it for free after a four day wait. It’s totally up to you!
But by far the biggest addition to the game is our rolling inventory system which will add more than 30 new items over the course of approximately 6 months. The Stash is now a living, breathing entity, which means all items will be rotated on a weekly basis.
