What people are saying about Dan the Man

It started as a video about a game. Now, six years later, it’s a game about a video. Dan the Man, our latest release, has finally been unleashed upon the world, and boy does it feel good to say that.

Every launch is fraught with nerves, stress, anxiety and doubt. What if people don’t like it? Is the game too hard? Will all the late nights be worth it?

There are so many questions during a game’s development, and the only way to answer them is by letting the finished product speak for itself.

We knew Dan the Man would never appeal to everyone but we went ahead with it anyway. Why? Because it’s a game we wanted to make.

Dan the Man is a love letter to the golden era of gaming. It was inspired by classic arcade titles like Metal Slug, Double Dragon, Final Fight and Contra.

These games represent a huge part of our childhood, and we have done everything in our power to capture that same magic with Dan the Man.

So, after all the ups, downs, and everything in between – was it all worth it? Let’s find out!
